New Director for HOME Slough
HOME Slough, which provides arts and cultural activities in Slough, has welcomed a new director.
Saad Eddine Said, who had previously been CEO and Co-Artistic Director of the charity Terre Sans Frontiere (Morocco), joined the team in October.
He said: “I am delighted to join HOME Slough, collaborate and work alongside one of the most diverse and vibrant communities in the country, while supporting our continuous commitment to increase opportunities and awareness of all the arts in Slough and offering ways for everyone to fulfil their artistic potential.
“While the town is going through an exciting transformation, it is a great opportunity for local communities to re-think, re-image and re-shape Slough’s creative future. I am looking forward to collaborating with all our partners in supporting this vision.”
HOME Slough, which receives some funding from the council, is led by a consortium of Slough community and business organisations, and is chaired by Slough Council for Voluntary Service (Slough CVS).
