Active Minds timetable

Active Minds is a timetable of activity, sports, arts and workshops that aims to help you improve and manage your mental health. The current programme will run until 10 January 2020.

All activities:

  • may help in managing your mood, help with low confidence levels, help lower your anxiety levels and boost your energy
  • provide an open and encouraging platform to talk about your mental health on a strictly confidential basis
  • are led by peer navigators, people who have experienced mental health problems
  • are open to everyone and anyone over the age of 18.
