Active Slough sessions
Ten Foxborough residents have signed up to the Foxborough500 challenge, which tasks each individual with losing 10 pounds in weight through a range of physical activity sessions and diet advice delivered by Solutions4Health (S4H). Whilst it’s too late to join the project you can always access the wide range of sport and physical activity sessions on the Active Slough programme and you can self-refer to the 12 week Eat4Health programme, run by S4H, if you feel your weight is an issue and you are unsure what to do about it.
